Fireco’s Site Manager affords complete control of fire safety

With Site Manager, there’s a golden thread of information straight from the smart phone or computer, enabling the user to supervise all of their buildings from one place. They can see door location, battery levels, signal strength, serial numbers, installation and inspection dates, user guides and maintenance advice.

There are no software installations required or complicated network settings to manage. Simply install the ProHub system controller and connect it to the Internet, at which point it will report system functionality straight through to the user’s Internet device.

Site Manager also offers Fireco’s mass notification system, the Digital Messaging Service, which allows users to receive instant updates in the event of a fire. Subscribers can be notified by WhatsApp, text, voice call, e-mail and the Fireco InSite app to receive bespoke alerts on alarm activation, evacuation instructions and when it’s safe to return.

DMS can be used for various mass notification scenarios. Fireco’s client, the City of London Corporation was looking for a solution to assist with a clear and effective means of managing its evacuation procedures. The client knew that clarity of messaging was important in an emergency situation to keep staff members informed of evacuation and disperse protocols.

After consulting with Fireco, DMS was deemed the ideal solution as all messages can be customised for an unlimited number of users.
